Thanks for checking out Solutions Unlimited USA, Inc. located in Rochester, New York.
In September of 1992, following a conflict with my former business partner, I found myself unemployed. I felt that it was "now or never" in terms of starting my own business. I started a company because I felt that I had something to offer including a number of contacts and a great deal of interest in the pharmaceutical industry. I had a couple of unproven ideas that I wanted to explore, one of which was the development of custom audio programs. However, we began with more of a "sure thing" by offering marketing-related services to the pharmaceutical industry. Then, within a few years, we also developed a viable niche in the area of sales training via an audio format.
Our three biggest accomplishments to date fall into these areas. The first is the longevity of relationships, internal and external. Our most-tenured writer, Avalon, has been part of the journey since Day One. Our primary art director, Denise, has been active with us since 1992. Some of our client contacts go back to the mid-90's.
Secondly, I am particularly proud of the wide range of value-added projects we have successfully tackled from 1992-present, ranging from complicated wall charts to producing over 90 XM radio shows. Our "BP DownShift" activities for Novartis were enormously challenging and exciting, culminating in a Telly award in 2008.
Finally, our sheer persistence is notable. The fact that we've just begun our 20th year and are finding new things to tackle and celebrate is pretty cool. Fundamentally, our value story always has circled back to excellence. That has been a differentiating factor as has living by the "Golden Rule" with clients and colleagues alike. -Mary Ellen Forszt
